Who
Emerging Black LGBTQ+ leaders in Arkansas ready to drive HIV policy transformation at both state and local levels.
What
A 12-month fellowship that includes a stipend, mentorship, and hands-on experience in advocacy and public health policy. Fellows will work directly with Equality Federation and state partners to create real policy change.
When
The 2024 and 2025 cohorts have already been selected. Check back for the 2026 cohort application.
Where
Hosted by the Arkansas Black Gay Men’s Forum in partnership with Equality Federation and ViiV Healthcare, connecting fellows to national HIV and LGBTQ+ policy networks.
Why
This fellowship develops the next generation of HIV-policy leaders. Fellows will research critical health equity issues, meet with legislators, and advance strategies that promote justice, access, and inclusion for those most impacted by HIV.
