Executive Director, Arkansas BGM Forum Founder, Utopia Center

Antoine Ghoston is a trailblazer in Arkansas’s liberation movement. As Executive Director of the Arkansas Black Gay Men’s Forum—the state’s largest Black LGBTQ-led organization—he has dedicated his leadership to advancing equality, visibility, and community empowerment.

He is the visionary founder of the Utopia Center, Arkansas’s first multi-service safe space for BIPOC LGBTQ+ individuals. Under his leadership, Utopia has become a vital lifeline for those often left without support.

His pioneering work includes introducing ballroom culture to Arkansas and founding the state’s first Transgender Town Hall, ensuring that every voice in the community is heard.

A true innovator and advocate, Antoine Ghoston continues to shape the future of equity, inclusion, and empowerment for Black and Brown LGBTQ+ Arkansans.
